They provide emotional support, practical advice as well as resources to help
navigate the changes in this natural life transition.
Its like having a knowledgable companion on this journey, offering a blend of
empathy and expertise.
Menopause Doulas offer a wide range of support. They educate about what to expect physically and emotionally.
They guide on lifestyle changes, diet and holistic remedies.
They also provide emotional support, helping women cope with mood swings or anxiety.
One to one zoom or in person support
or in group workshops
Helping women feel empowered and in control.
A Doula isn' just for the women - they are for the whole family is a
compete support system at your fingertips.

Menopause Doula Course
During this course you will learn how to provide comprehensive education about menopause to both women and men - we do believe men need educated too!
You will learn symptoms, stages, treatments and impacts as well as learning how to empower, to support and be able to offer self help advice.
Duration:
2 hour workshop spread over 6 weeks.
Plus electronic assignments that are structured to guide you in research as well as developing good communication skills to help guide women through their journey.
We also offer a correspondence course - Menopause Doula
You will be assigned your personal online tutor who will guide you through your studies.
