Understanding feelings
When as asked questions about our health or fill out forms it can make us really think about our answers, our reasons and actions.
How did filling out the form make you feel?
We can't expect our clients to fill our questionnaires if we don' want to!
Questionnaires
Your customers are your most valuable source of information. Not only are most of them happy to tell you if there’s something they really love about your service, they will also let you know if they’re unhappy or believe there is something that you’re missing. That’s why surveying your customers is so important, as it gives you the perfect opportunity to collect feedback, act on it and deliver an even better customer experience as a result.
Asking our Menopause clients details about their health can feel intrusive. But this is essential for us to be able to truly understand what is expected of us as well as us being able to tailor the care for our clients.
Think about what questions you would like to know along with the questions you need to know.
It's good to be aware of 'data protection' too
To protect a client's personal information, businesses must comply with data protection laws like the GDPR, by collecting only necessary data, implementing strong technical measures such as encryption, firewalls, and access controls, limiting data access, providing regular employee training on data security, and ensuring secure data backups and disposal when data is no longer needed. It's also crucial to have a clear privacy policy, conduct regular security audits, and be transparent with clients about how their data is used and protected.
