Many people learn in very different ways. How could you teach a client the same information without it coming over as boring or even overwhelming.

What activity or props could you use in your teaching.

As a Doula, we are there to support our clients on their journey - taking one step at a time. We cant be there 24/7. What resources could you offer.

Watching and listening skills are essential for good communication but so are observations. What did you observe about their speech and interaction with one another.
