Midwife Assistant Training (UK)

This course prepares learners to work as Assistant Midwives or Maternity Support Workers supporting registered midwives in hospital, community, and home birth settings. The programme develops knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviours required to provide safe, compassionate maternity care. Learners gain an understanding of pregnancy, birth, postnatal care, infant wellbeing, communication with families, and working within professional boundaries.
